From its location at our new 2012 Young Street facility our state of the art parts department has on-line connections to all our suppliers. We carry a large range of parts, accessories and merchandise for all the makes and models that we handle.
In the event that the part isn't in stock, we can probably supply it the following day.
Special orders such as keys can be acquired on request (items especially procured are non refundable)
Credit Card and EFTPOS facilities are available.
A 30 day credit account is available to businesses by application (approved applicants only)

All deliveries should be made to the delivery bay at the side of the building. Follow the road around the service workshop area to the large roller door.

Parts Department Ordering FAQ
Q.What is my VIN and why do i have to supply it?
A.Vehicle identification number (VIN). This is the unique serial number of your vehicle. We can use this to ensure the parts ordered are correct for your car. The VIN can be located under the bonnet on a small aluminium rectangular plate known in the industry as the compliance plate. It can also be located on your registration papers or label.
Q.How do i explain which side of the car i am need a part for
A.The left and right of a car is always determined from the perspective of the driver sitting in the drivers seat.
